As part of the “A Summer in Paris” operation at Printemps Haussmann, enjoy a meal at this unmissable Paris destination. Created and managed by a renowned Parisian team, Alexandre Giesbert and Julien Ross (Daroco, Zebra, etc.) and passionate restaurateurs, Gilles Malafosse and Laurent de Gourcuff (Loulou, Monsieur Bleu, Giraffe), the Perruche rooftop restaurant is open morning to night on the top floor of Printemps du Goût. On the menu a selection of sophisticated seasonal dishes: beef tataki, seared tuna, razor clams and fromage frais/fresh raspberries for food aficionados.
